A highly acquisitive global, digital business our client is on a journey of transformation and growth and in line with this the HR function is undergoing a revolution to better support the rapidly changing needs. Key to this will be a greater focus on strategic HR, whilst not losing sight of improving and solidifying services delivered by operational HR. 

This role will form part of a small centre of expertise focused on organisation effectiveness and we are looking for an experienced OD and change lead to work with the business to deliver OD change projects, ensuring that OD change delivers the desired strategic outcomes, while engaging key stakeholders effectively to ensure the change is well received. 

Pivotal to leveraging activity, partnering with the business leads you will support to define, drive and deliver OD projects, ensuring consistency of approach to OD across the organisation and provide guidance and subject matter expertise on org design principles and industry best practice. Working closely with the Global HRBPs to plan and implement OD changes you will help evolve and maintain the OD Capability Programme and toolkit in liaison with Talent Development Team and work with the broader HR team to ensure that a baseline of the organisation including organisation charts, job descriptions and job architecture are maintained.

You will offer an excellent understanding of tool and techniques and this is likely to have been developed in a creative, agile, solutions focused environment.

On a practical basis you will be based in Wimbledon, London with travel to Stockholm, Malta and Gibraltar circa one a month with the flex to work from home 1-2 days a week.

Base salary circa £80,000 - £85,000 plus 10% bonus
