HR Advisor - 12 month FTC
Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with one of Bath's well-known Manufacturing / Engineering Companies to recruit a talented HR Advisor for an initial 12 months fixed term contract. Although the role is full time, there is a degree of flexibility around start / finish times.
The business is embarking on a period of exciting change to significantly grow and consolidate their world-wide market leadership position. The HR function will be central to this work as a key enabler to this business change, so it is a great time to join the team.
We have been tasked to search for a talented HR Advisor with strong generalist skills to join the team in Bath. You will either have a solid foundation in HR ready to step up to an Advisor level role, or you will be an experienced UK based HR Advisor who is looking to gain more international exposure and broader project experience.
The role will give you excellent generalist experience and you will work on a variety of projects such as:
- Managing case work from grievances to tracking holidays
- Supporting the recruitment and selection from competency interviewing, contract, offer letters and onboarding
- Supporting the HR systems implementation with data cleansing, testing, process improvement
- Supporting global projects such as pay review, strategy initiatives and variable pay e.g. bonus
As the ideal candidate for this role you will have strong generalist HR experience and will be highly motivated with a focus on achieving results and a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships.
