A people partner position to lead the HR team but acting as a business partner to support on people related solutions whilst managing employee relations cases.

Description
Act as the business partner to deliver people solutions
Build and maintain business relationships and partnerships
Implement the people strategy and contribute to projects
Manage ER cases
Develop polices and frameworks
Manage stakeholders
Profile
The successful candidate will be strategic and used to working in a changing environment. Ideally come from a public sector background and have the ability to influence and set initiatives. A confident ER professional will work well in this environment whilst also somebody with strong stakeholder management.
