Senior HR Business Partner
Badenoch + Clark has been engaged by a leading global Sussex based business to source a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will require you to work at both an operational and strategic level and be a key member of the HR leadership team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Partner with business leaders to understand future business objectives and develop HR strategy and solutions that align with the global HR strategy.
Provide strategic partnering, support and challenge to business leaders on policies and processes.
Implement Change Management strategies and plans that maximise employee engagement.
Coach and develop the leadership team and line managers to build effective people management capability.
Develop talent plans and identify appropriate talent management strategies to include recruitment, succession planning, organisational design and global mobility.
The ideal candidate will have:
A degree or equivalent post-graduate HR qualification.
Chartered Member of CIPD (or equivalent).
Senior management experience within an international organisation covering organisation development, management development and change management.
High energy and motivation levels.
Commercial acumen and be results driven.
