City based financial services client are looking for an experience Early Careers Development (ECD) Apprenticeship and Professional Education Manager to join them ASAP for a 12 month FTC.

Supporting the ECD Senior Manager you will input into the Apprenticeship and Professional education strategy and ensure that as the nature of the business changes have the right professional education qualifications and Apprenticeship pathways in place to future proof the business.

You will work with client groups to support the annual planning and review of Apprenticeship /Professional education requirements across the business, helping to ensure they are fit for purpose, current and that they deliver impact.

Working with business stakeholders you will ensure that the business is compliant in delivering professional education across different areas and that these qualifications and pathways are fit for purpose. You will work with the Apprenticeship Manager to manage the supplier relationship for apprenticeship / professional education ensuring that the suppliers deliver a strong student experience and high pass rates for students.

You will have accountability for professional education policies that support students in your service line to gain a professional education.
