Macmillan Davies have partnered with a key client on a new role within training and learning and development in Flintshire, Deeside.

Working within the Higher Education sector you will be an experienced Learning and Development Partner/Manager and someone who has been involved with the design, delivery and evaluation of leadership management programmes.

Key responsibilities include:

Design, deliver and evaluate a range of leadership development initiatives to managers at all levels.
Provide coaching and mentoring to team leaders, managers and senior leaders.
Design, deliver and evaluate a wide range of learning interventions to all employees
Review, design and create training materials and resources, which include system and process guides, presentations, handouts and engaging activities that take into consideration different learning styles.
Consult with key stakeholders to identify and recommend appropriate learning solutions and build effective relationships.
Conduct learning needs analyses.
Support the planning, management and scheduling of training courses through the company's Learning Management System.
Keep knowledge and skills up to date on emerging L&D trends, research and technologies to use in workshop design.
Demonstrate and continuously embed the company values in every aspect of the role.

To apply you will need a CIPD qualification or relevant learning and development qualification with working experience within an L+D role. You will need experience with leadership management programmes, preferably from design stage to implementation and evaluation.

This is a great opportunity on a permanent basis and will pay £35,000-£40,000 per annum DOE.
