We're currently working on an opportunity within boutique financial services for a part-time (see *Hours below) HR Administrator. This role will work very closely with the Head of HR in a team of two, therefore providing terrific exposure and over time the opportunity to work on exciting projects.

*Hours - each day (Mon-Fri) for 4-5 hours, start and end time flexible.

The key responsibilities will include:

Managing the HR database with all employee updates and changes

Preparing HR documentation

Organise induction and manage all onboarding processes

Manage probationary review processes, producing relevant data and documentation

Manage and administer company benefits

Assist the Head of HR with managing the annual appraisal process inclusive of compensation

Managing HR inboxes including careers applications

Ad-hoc projects such as new policies, new programmes etc.

Candidates suitable for this opportunity will:

Be seeking a part-time position and are able to work each day (Mon-Fri) for 4 hours.

Have experience in an administrative HR position

Ideally have worked in financial services but otherwise professional services would be considered

Be comfortable in a role that will have autonomy of HR admin processes, and confident acting as POC to the business in the HOHR's absence

Please note - the salary indicated on this advert is the full time equivalent. It would be pro-rated to the part-time hours.
