It is a great opportunity for a proactive and motivated professional to join a fast paced & dynamic organisation of about 100 employees. You will report into the CEO, and be someone who is able to establish relationships at all levels, and quickly. The HR/Office manager will be based from the West London office with core responsibilities for all office related administration, and day to day HR tasks to include recruitment, management of general HR queries, payroll and support of the existing HR systems.

The responsibilities of the role include:

Recruitment and Induction
*Manage recruitment of all vacancies in tandem with the relevant hiring team
*Manage relationships with agencies and ensure we are using the best and most economical ones for those areas of the business
*Maintenance of recruitment software (Workable)
*Processing benefits and new employee paperwork
*Advising managers on the terms and conditions of employment and help them navigate internal HR-related matters
*Work with the management ream in engaging the employees to embrace the company culture
*Facilitate departments in conducting trainings in conjunction with employee career progression efforts

Policy and Procedures

*Work closely with Finance to process monthly payroll (this is due to be outsourced shortly)
*First point of contact for all HR queries
*Provide advise based on company policy and UK employment law
*Highlight any employee relations issues to line managers and liaise with both internal and external Legal advisors to work through HR issues
*Conducting exit interviews
*Further development on the in-house recruitment module
*Maintain and update the performance review protocol and benefits & compensation scheme
Administrative Work
*Manage office, for example supplies and needs, facilitate travel and event planning

*A problem solver who can think 'outside-the-box' to find ways around issues and solve problems
*Can-do attitude
*Willingness to work outside their own sphere of experience
*Structured worker who can document and continually improve internal systems and processes
*Comfortable with learning about new technologies
*Comfortable working in a Small/ Medium sized environment where you have to be the wearer of many hats!
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*Exposure to issues involved in working in a culturally and geographically diverse business.
*Exposure to working in a highly complex organization with a matrix structure and with multiple lines of authority
