HR Systems Administrator

You will sit within the Learning Management System (LMS) team, reporting to the LMS Manager, and will play a key role in the continued maintenance, implementation and customisation of the LMS system. You will be pivotal in the engagement of learners and promoting the LMS content. You will be an LMS systems expert and a point of contact for system queries, which may involve liaising with external vendors. Additionally, you will be responsible for the learning data management which includes analytics and system reporting.
The environment is fast-paced, engaging and innovative, you will need to be a strong team player but have the ability to stand on your own two feet. Your experience of HRIS systems, specifically LMS, will allow you to hit the ground running in this role and having a strong analytical background will be hugely beneficial to our client. Your ability to build strong relationships, engage and support learners will further aid your success.
The salary is £28,000 - £31,000 dependent upon the experience you bring to this role.
