Page Personnel are working with a leading international retail organisation in Leeds who are actively seeking an Internal Resourcing Specialist to add value to their recruitment function in their Leeds head office.

This will be a fast-paced and varied role, specifically focusing on resourcing high quality talent for I.T/Tech-related positions.

Description

In a fast-paced and varied Internal Resourcing Specialist position, roles and responsibilities are to include, however are not limited to:

  • Continually developing an understanding of the IT and Technology recruitment landscape that the organisation operate in
  • Identify and engage appropriate candidates, build Talent Pools, make initial approach calls, build relationships, put in place communication plans and network with industry sources to recruit the best candidates available
  • Assisting in arranging events, identify suitable sponsorship opportunities and job boards
  • Working with the recruitment team to review current recruiting strategies and identify and recommend any new tools, techniques or technologies which could help improve direct hire success
  • Creating a candidate resourcing template with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process which can be used across all suitable vacancies

Profile

  • Proven experience in an IT/Technology/Digital recruitment, researcher or resourcing role
  • Created effective talent pools and be able to demonstrate an in depth knowledge of the different recruitment channels and tools available
  • Passionate about sourcing candidates directly, have excellent communication skills and be able to influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication ability both written and verbal
