A multi-national engineering and design business are looking for an experienced L&D Assistant to join their team.

Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of the learning process, including monitoring of associated budgets, stakeholder management with those involved in diagnosing, designing, delivering and evaluating learning. The role spends significant time in staff communication, supplier management and optimising global processes. The person in this role should have a track record working in a virtual teams, excellent planning, communication and relationship skills. This role is reporting to Regional Learning and Development Leader for the business.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be the successful candidate, you will have gained project and event management experience, have a demonstrated ability in providing exemplary client service and stakeholder management skills. Additionally, you will be well versed in data management and reporting. You must also be flexible as there is a requirement to travel with this role 6-8 times a year with the L&D function.
