Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this logistics business based in Bristol to recruit a commercially orientated "hands on" HR Advisor on a permanent basis.

 

This is an interesting and diverse opportunity, suited to an experienced HR Advsior who will champion the People agenda across the business, providing commercial, pragmatic advice and support across all HR disciplines, whilst helping to create a culture where employees feel valued and engaged.

With scope to develop, your duties will see you;

  • Provide consistent and pragmatic advice, guidance and practical support on the full range of employee relations and employee lifecycle issues
  • Support the drive for a high-performance culture
  • Support the recruitment and selection process
  • Champion employee engagement and empowerment
  • Promote well-being policies and initiatives
  • Provide accurate, comprehensive and timely information for monthly payroll
  • Support learning and development across the business
  • Participate in any ad hoc projects or initiatives

Suitable applicants must have a strong employment law knowledge, coupled with at least CIPD Level 5. You will also be adept operating in a multi-site, fast paced, operational environment, with good levels of literacy and numeracy and, an ability to manage and prioritise busy workloads.
