Description

The Employee Engagement and Communications Manager will create the strategy for the employee experience focusing on both employee value proposition and then employee engagement. The role will lead a small team focusing on CSR and Internal Communications. Your accountabilities include:

- devise and launch the employee value proposition (EVP), working with talent acquisition to drive candidate attraction

- measure employee engagement levels with the employee engagement survey

- analyse the output of the survey and make recommendations for outcomes

- create a toolkit of resources for use in colleague communication, including the employee communication channels

- work the leadership and management to set the employee engagement strategy and support them to deliver it

- lead the corporate social responsibility (CSR) for the business

- create and manage recognition programmes

Profile

The Employee Engagement and Communications Manager will:

- have demonstrated driving employee experience and engagement levels

- have demonstrated engaging and leading employees through change

- have good stakeholder management skills

- communicate with impact

- creative thinker to drive employee engagement

- have coaching experience to develop and mentor the leadership population

- be digital and tech savvy
