HR Systems Project Manager

Location – Central London

Contract type – Permanent

Salary – Up to £70k per annum

What can we tell you about this great business?

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Systems Project Manager to join a rapidly growing business, taking full ownership of their HR System, and overseeing the team that provides business critical MI to assist the continued success of the organisation.

Whilst this organisation uses SuccessFactors, the business is looking for a strong Project Manager with experience of a cloud based HR system. This does not need to be SuccessFactors. This role might appeal to someone that is looking to gain experience with this system.

What will be keeping you busy?

Because of the acquisitory and fast growing nature of this business, the new HR system (SuccessFactors) is constantly needing to be rolled out to new sites globally and this is where you come in.

We don’t want to say too much about the business at this stage as that would ruin the surprise but it is a really interesting organisation. Each new acquisition will have it’s own nuanced requirements and your team (of three including you) will ensure that the needs of each location are met by SuccessFactors.

This business critical role’s primary purpose is to support the HR operations team in providing a high calibre service to the business, by focusing on delivery of key objectives in MI and the overseeing the efficient roll out of the HR system.

As well as overseeing SuccessFactors, you will also contribute from an HR Operations perspective. This for example could include supporting or overseeing acquisition projects that require you to look at how the business benchmarks the salaries of those working in potential acquisition sites. What you get involved in will largely depend on your experience.

Who are we looking for?

Someone that has worked in a global commercial organisation with experience of rolling out cloud based HR systems internationally. We are not just looking for a generic Project Manager here.

You will have experience of how best to integrate the processes of legacy systems into one HR system. Whilst we are not looking for some that has prior experience of SuccessFactors, you do need to be able to get to grips with it quickly. To this end, you should be able demonstrate an aptitude for working with new systems within a relatively short timeframe.

This role has two reports. One will be Systems Configuration Manager and the other will be an HRIS Analyst. It would be advantageous if you have managed others previously.

If you are someone with experience of complex multi-country HRIS implementation experience, we would love to hear from you. You will get to joining genuinely interesting business and you will get to work for one of the nicest bosses going!

Sound good?

Send us your CV and we can tell you more about this great opportunity.

Company

Fetch Recruitment was set up by Yasmin Elezaj and Tommy Gale in 2017.  After years of working in and managing successful recruitment businesses, they decided to go into business together and have created an expert team.

Both with young families and very similar values in and out of work, they realised that they could offer excellent service to clients that were looking for a different approach to recruitment.

As such, Fetch is a very family oriented business.  We believe that if our recruiters have a good work-life balance, this will reflect in the service that they deliver for clients. This plays out in the quality of service that we provide.

Our team are not chained to their desks with their phone times being monitored. They are trusted to do what they are good at and because of this they go over and above. They all work from home and this means that we have good coverage across the UK as our team are spread out.

We created a commercial proposition that allows us to offer a far superior level of service to clients for much lower fees than our competitors. Everything that we do is about providing exceptional value and we think that we do this really well.
