A global organisation looking for a HR Shared Services Administrator to join their HR team in Teddington and provide HR, recruitment and administrative duties in line with the company's policies.

A global research organisation based in Teddington looking for a HR Shared Services Administrator to join their HR team and shared services environment to help maximise efficiency and effectiveness within the organisation.

Description

  • Provide recruitment admin support when required
  • Administration and coordination of the new starter and leaver process
  • Generating offer letters and contracts of employment
  • Arrange and complete employee induction programmes
  • Administration support to the payroll specialist
  • Administer paperwork of HR processes (promotions, transfers, leavers, maternity)
  • First point of contact with general HR issues

Profile

  • Previous exposure in a HR Admin role
  • Has been in a shared services environment previously
  • Previous payroll exposure
  • Expert knowledge in the use of Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
