Job Details
This role sits within the HR Operations department which has respsibility for the delivery of a commercially sound, effective and relevant HR Service to the business, including MI, payroll, ER, advice/support and administration. The MI, Systems and Analytics Manager is accoutnable for the ongoing planning, development and execution of all Workday system optimisation and enhancements.

Description
Key Responsbilities include;
- Buiding strong and robust internal/external relationships
- HR Systems; developing and leading the plans to deliver with the full knowledge of customer implacts
- MI Reporting & Analytics; develop, own and oversee the required reporting and analysis of MI, ensuring trends are identified, proactively acted upon, risks captured in order to influence decision making and performance within HR and the wider business
- Resourcing/Forecasting; create and maintain a robust suite of tools that allows the HR function to plan and forecast resource requirements.
- People Management; to lead and develop a dedicated team of analysts to ensure that accurate and timely MI, reporting, analysis and recommendations are undertaken and provided to key stakeholders.
- Continuous improvement; create a culture of continuous improvement and encourage the wider HR Operations team to challenge and identify oppportunities for improving existing processes.
- Risk Management; Operating and delivering within an effective risk management approach ensuring ownership and accountability of risksk where required and actions are progressed in a timely manner
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- be professionally qualified with a relevant business/HR qualification
- be able to evidence ownership of all key responsibilities outlined
- demonstratable experience in MI/Analytics
- strong leadership and people management skills
- thorough understanding of forecasting methodologies and best practices
