This role in particular will be responsible for managing effective E-Learning processes whilst supporting wider business and HR function by educating and improving awareness of the capabilities of the LMS system.

Client Details

The client is is a multinational life insurance, pensions and asset management company based in the Gyle, Edinburgh. They have just implemented a new HR system which the organisation have access to, this role will directly deal with the streamlining of the new system and being able to be creative in finding ways to add value to the organisation.

Description

Key responsibilities include;

- data administrationto ensure the courses target the correct audience

- production of useable, reliable and timely MI to measure completion rates

- allocation of online learning modules to the specific audience in scope

- identifies and plans in conjunction with business areas online learning interventions

- effective management of online learning packages

- playing a key role in support activities including educating wider population on processes and procedures

- manages and maintains admin tasks

Profile

The successful candidate will;

- have strong communication and interpersonal skills

- great administrative and technical skills

- have a keen eye for hr systems, in particular with workday

- be able to confidently handle MI and reporting in different ways and at a fast pace

- capability to plan strategically and commercially

- have commitment to continued personal development
