Artis HR are currently supporting an exciting business who are going through extensive growth with the recruitment of a Regional HR Manager to cover their Ireland sites. This is a permanent full-time post paying €40-45,000 per annum + car.

Role Description

Main Purpose of Job

The HR Manager will support practices predominantly in Ireland with the provision of effective and professional HR support and advice in line with Company policies and procedures.


Key Tasks/Scope of Job

*Working closely with our Ireland solicitors with regard to any HR issues.
*Ensuring post-acquisition integration with newly acquired practices.
*Work closely with the Group HR Director and the HR team to co-ordinate and communicate activities.
*Providing professional and accurate generalist HR advice and coaching to Business Support Managers and practices in a timely manner including absence management, contractual issues and employee relations.
*Attending predominantly in Ireland to lead or support disciplinary, grievance and capability hearings including appeals.
*Developing and delivering HR training sessions to a variety of employees including Clinical Directors, Practice Managers and Business Support Managers at regional meetings.
*Providing an advisory service to all employees ensuring they are fully aware of their rights and entitlements.
*Carrying out exit interviews and logging and tracking data.
*Supporting the HR Project Manager with ongoing HR projects.
*Proactively contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
*Supporting change management across as the business continues to grow.
*Promoting and coaching on best practice in all aspects of HR across the practices.
*Working closely with and supporting the Learning & Development and Recruitment teams when required.
*Travelling to other sites as required. Some limited International travel



Skills and experience specification

*Experienced in Irish employment law.
*Experience of post-acquisition integration is essential.
*Knowledge of working in a "start-up" or high growth environment is advantageous.
*Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor/Manager role in a multi-site business covering most of the tasks listed above.
*Ability to work as part of a virtual team and work unsupervised.
*CIPD Ireland Level 9 or qualified by experience.
*Confidence to work across and communicate at all levels of the business.
*Proven experience in interpreting, advising and implementing HR agreements and procedures.
*Previous experience of developing and delivering HR training modules.
*Ability to use a HR information system including, accessing, inputting, and compiling data.
*Demonstrates an attention to detail.
*Proven influencing and communication skills.
*Self-confident and proactive.

General Responsibilities and information

*Comply with all company Policies and Procedures.
*A full driving licence is essential as is the willingness to travel and stay away overnight
*Comply with Health and Safety regulations and other current legislation as applicable
