A great opportunity for you to join this company's People Services Team who are an integral part of the day to day running of the business. You will help support both Head Office and the five Distribution Centres based across the UK.

Client Details

This is a national company offering a permanent full-time position in their office in Uxbridge.

Description

The key duties of this HR Admin include but not limited to:

  • Providing an efficient and effective service to your HR team mates, encompassing recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, Payroll and management reporting.
  • Being point of contact for queries and ensuring the team always offer a high level of service to support your managers and colleagues
  • Building relationships and working collaboratively with all teams and departments within the business
  • Other ad-hoc responsibilities to support the HR team as well as other departments when required
  • First point of contact for day to day HR queries from colleagues and managers, including face to face, phone queries and maintaining the HR email Inbox
  • Ensuring that colleagues are fully aware of benefits, policies, procedures and expectations
  • Ensuring Human Resources matters are handled confidentially in line with legal and company requirements
  • Supporting colleagues on a day to day basis with Payroll queries as well as making changes using SAP
  • Supporting in note taking for formal meetings when required
  • Filing, maintaining records and general organisation within the team Constantly looking for ways to improve the way we work

Profile

The successful HR Admin will have the following skills:

  • Experience of Recruitment or HR Administration
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel
  • Detail oriented, with a proactive approach to all aspects of work
  • Team orientated
  • Results focused
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise own workload without close supervision
  • Top notch communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A natural at communicating confidently across all levels in a clear and engaging way
  • Efficient and able to work at a fast pace with varied tasks
  • Practically minded
