HR Business Partner

My client is a prestigious real estate business developing premium properties across London and partnering with corporate clients in retail, global sovereign wealth and the Government. They are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner to join their People team.

As HR Business Partner you are the integral link between the business and the People Team supporting as a trusted advisor on all HR matters. Business partnering with your client base you will be expected to assess your customers requirements and provide workable solutions, guidance and coaching or should it require refer to the relevant resources in the People Team. Working with your counterpart you will be at the forefront of maintaining all people related systems and processes in order to provide consistency and an outstanding employment proposition. Commercially minded with business acumen you will be able to quickly establish excellent relationships externally and internally and deliver and maintain the high standards the People Team and the business commit to their employees.

Within this role you will committed to the delivery of the People Strategy for the organisation and successfully linking it to the business overall objectives and goals. You will work closely with your client group to help them achieve team success and continued development by supporting on HR matters such as employee relations, talent, performance management and policy and processes. With a focus on enabling your client groups by giving quality business advice and support with tangible focus on enabling the business whilst always maintaining a legally compliant position at all times. Working closely with the HR team and reporting into the Senior People Manager you will be working at senior level within the business role modelling good HR practise whilst using your initiative and established HR understanding to really add value and build trust.

To be successful in this role you will have worked at Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level in a business facing capacity. You will have hands on practical HR experience with broad exposure to multiple stakeholders. You will be able to demonstrate your understanding of employee relations, policy and procedures and sound employment law knowledge. This role offers flexibility and autonomy working in an agile environment so managing your own workload will be key, you will be able to evidence this in your experience of project management. Working collaboratively and with a real business to HR understanding is key! It is essential that you are degree educated and CIPD qualified or equivalent.

Salary: £50k
