EMEA Payroll & Benefits Assistant £38k to £42k + Bonus & Benefits (URGENT HIRE) - West End

A leading Financial Services organisation have an urgent need for an experienced EMEA Payroll & Benefits Assistant to join their team in the West End.

This really is a hybrid role Reporting into the Head of HR responsible for Payroll & Benefits, HR Data & Systems and some HR Administration.

Main duties are as follows:

Payroll & Benefits:

Responsible for the UK payroll and some overseas offices (5 in total)

Responsible for benefits admin for the UK and overseas offices

Ensure new starter information is provided

Assist the Head of HR and HR Manager

HR Data & Systems:

Responsible for inputting HRIS

HRIS reporting

Provide HR MI

Assist with other projects as and when required

HR Administration:

Prepare HR documents - contracts, offer letters etc.

Manage the on/off boarding process (starters and leavers)

Create and maintain employee files

Candidate Profile:

Must have payroll and benefits experience and exposure

Must feel comfortable in a Financial Services environment

Must be a strong communicator

High levels of attention to detail

Strong Excel (V Look Ups/Pivot Tables)

Ideally worked on at least 1 EMEA payroll
