Interim HR Manager job available for 6 months paying up to £45k

We have an exciting new post available to work for one of our clients based in Manchester city centre. The business is currently a small business with about 50 employees but do have significant plans to grow and have a large acquisition planned to take place. The business is looking to appoint on an interim basis for an initial period of 6 months.
Your new role
Reporting into the Head of HR your role will be to provide a full generalist support role to the business and be responsible for driving through Hr strategies. The business is fairly new to HR and although some work has started to take place in this area this role could have the feel of a completely new start-up operation. There will be work in all aspects of HR including engagement, L & D, ER, culture, salary reviews, performance management plans, HR systems, GDPR. As the business is only quite small this role will be very much hands-on and also have transnational and admin tasks will fall into this position. This is an exciting opportunity with potential plans for further extension and the business grows through a large acquisition.
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate will have a breadth of experience in a senior level HR role (management level)
Experience of implementing and owning new HR strategies and ideas
Experience of dealing with senior level stakeholders and a professional level workforce
Experience of implement new HR processes and systems
Experience of managing GDPR and the change programme

You will be offered a full time fixed term contract role for an initial period of 6 months. The role will come with 25 days holiday up to 14% pension, healthcare and a discretionary bonus
