We are partnering with a FTSE100 Financial Services company on a Head of Executive Compensation, reporting into the Director of Reward, you will take full ownership of reward policies, arrangements and operational delivery of the Exec population, as well as full management of the Remco cycle (including attending Remco).  

This organisation is an organisation that has invested heavily in their people, and it shows, they have a clear mission, a celebrated culture, invested in implementing innovative HR policies and the HR team is being led by an award winning truly inspirational HR Director. 

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background in a specialist Executive Compensation capacity from a UK PLC, have drafted Remco papers and Directors’ Remuneration Report (DRR) to Group level either from an in-house or consultancy background.  Ideally you will also have exposure to employee share plans, although not essential.
