Role: HR Business Partnerning Industry: Telecommunications Location: Central London Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 My client are one of the UK's largest leaders in the telecommunications space and are looking for an experienced HRBP to join their London office. This is a true generalist role, so experience in a business partnering capacity is a must. A business who are going through high-growth means you will be looking at everything from employee engagement, retention and development across the client groups. They are a results driven business so it can often be a pressurised environment, but a relaxed one at that! They offer an incredibly supportive culture, with a HR team spread across three UK locations. Travel will be required at times. Aside from the day to day responsibilities, you will also be able to get involved in a number of projects including organisational change and looking at their onboarding process. Other duties include:Looking at performance management and developmentEmployee relationsCoaching and developmentUsing metrics and analytics to support with the wider business strategyBuild strong relationships with management across the wider business You will ideally have worked in a high-growth business and understand the challenges that come with this.
