Oakleaf Partnership have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Reward Analyst to work for a leading global sports brand which are based in London.As a Junior Reward Analyst, you will have a number of responsibilities including:Managing the benefits package and communicating this to the wider businessSupporting with the annual pay and bonus reviewCarrying out market analysis including benchmarking and providing recommendations to the business to ensure they are providing a competitive offeringDeveloping relationships and working closely with third party benefits providersWe are looking for someone who has a good understanding of reward, has strong Excel skills and has an HR background.To be considered, please apply accordingly
