Shaping the D&I strategy while also remaining hands on in driving the agenda. This newly created role is a great contract in Edinburgh.

Client Details

A growing business in Edinburgh looking to push their D&I agenda further.

Description

In this newly created role, the Inclusion & Diversity consultant will work closely with the Exec steering group to accelerate the D&I agenda within the business. To do that you'll be:

- following up recommendations from employee interviews, working groups and engagement surveys

- supporting and contributing to the executive steering group on D&I

- the subject matter expert on all things D&I for the business

- build relationships with external networks and organisations

- devise an activity plan and deliver against it for the D&I agenda

- review the D&I policy and framework

Profile

The successful Inclusion and Diversity Consultant will:

- have a passion and deep knowledge for Inclusion and Diversity

- have strong data manipulation and analysis skills

- be a good influence and negotiator

- have excellent communication skills

- be a creative problem solver

- have previously shaped and created a D&I strategy for a large organisation

- have previously reviewed the D&I framework and policy
