HR Business Partner
Managing and developing the HR team who support on employee relations, recruitment, policy development along with providing the "value add" aspects of HR Business Partnering. Coaching and supporting at senior level and designing and run training initiatives.
This role allows you to influence at senior level and offer valuable HR solutions on talent management and development along with working on organisational effectiveness and design.

- Exceptional employment law knowledge to support on ER
- Coaching & training at senior level
The role will be of interest to you if you enjoy the commercial aspects of HR, are committed to providing high quality service to the wide business, and are confident and comfortable liaising at all levels across the business. You will need to have excellent facilitation, communication and engagement skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with stakeholders.
