HR Advisor - 6 month temporary assignment to start ASAP within a Public Sector organisation based in Plymouth
Your new company
A Public Sector company in Plymouth is looking for a hardworking, knowledgeable and experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. This role will be for a period of 6 months.
Your new role
You will be knowledgeable with employment law and, in line with policies & procedures, be able to provide advice & support to all key stakeholders with respect to grievances, absence & performance management and recruitment & selection.
What you'll need to succeed
As you will need to hit the ground running, it is imperative that you have a thorough knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. A CIPD qualification (or working towards one) is required. You will be structured and methodical with the ability to ensure attention to detail at all times.
