Page Personnel are working with a leading industrial organisation in Dewsbury who are actively seeking a HR Coordinator to add value to their HR function.

Reporting directly into the HR Director, this role will entail supporting the end to end HR transactional activities across the entire employee lifecycle and be the first point of call for any general HR enquiries.

Description

In a busy and varied HR Coordinator position in Dewsbury, roles and responsibilities are to include, however are not limited to:

  • Prepare and produce correspondence for employees and update to personnel files
  • Provide routine advice and guidance to managers on employee relations and performance management matters
  • Produce offer letters, contractual changes, starters and leavers documentation
  • Update employee data into HR system in an accurate and timely manner
  • Provide advice to managers on use of HR system to develop their knowledge

Profile

  • CIPD qualification or working towards
  • Experience in a generalist HR support role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience of HRIS databases preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
