A highly successful professional services company, with lovely offices in Leeds City Centre, are recruiting to a brand new HR Administration job vacancy.
Your new role
Supporting the HR and Training teams, your role will be to manage and coordinate all administration activities for the employee lifecycle. This will range from organising recruitment activities, sending out all starter/contract and onboarding information, collating HR data for reports for Management, coordinating annual appraisals and associated paperwork, and keeping the HR database up to date and accurate from a GDPR point of view. This is a busy and varied administrative job role working in a small and friendly team. You may also be required to provide secretarial type support to the HR Director.
What you'll need to succeed
We need applicants that have an established career in HR administration, with strong HR knowledge and a good understanding of confidentiality and GDPR. Strong IT and systems skills are essential, as you will be using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel daily. If you have previous experience of using Cascade HR system that would be hugely advantageous. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential as you will be liaising with a variety of stakeholders, from all levels of employees through to Directors, handling sensitive information in behalf of employees.
