A leading Financial Services organisation are looking for a HR Associate to join the team. This is a broad role and you must be comfortable taking ownership of general HR Admin, Ops, HR reporting, Payroll and Benefits coordination. You will operate a busy and fast paced HR team in a broad generalist role.

Main duties are as follows;

HR Generalist:

  • Prepare HR documents - contracts, offer letters etc
  • Manage the on/off boarding process (starters and leavers)
  • Create and maintain employee files

Payroll & Benefits:

  • Point of contact for outsourced payroll in London and 5 overseas offices
  • Responsible for benefits admin for the UK and overseas offices
  • Ensure new starter information is provided
  • Assist the Head of HR and HR Manager

HR Data & Systems:

  • Responsible for inputting HRIS
  • HRIS reporting
  • Provide HR MI
  • Assist with other projects as and when required

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in a HR Generalist capacity
  • Proven experience taking ownership of benefits, payroll, reporting and general HR Admin.
  • System savvy using a HRIS and strong Excel (V Look Ups/Pivot Tables)
  • Expectational attention to details
  • Must be a strong communicator
