Job Details

Benefits specialist   A new exciting opportunity has arisen within a forward thinking utilities business in North Yorkshire. This role could also suit a generalist with experience within Reward and Benefits.

 

This is a project role partnering with key stakeholders within the business.  You will have a broad knowledge of core and voluntary flexible benefit provisions. The ability to prepare and analyse remuneration/benefit data to feed into total remuneration statements. You will be required to get involved in the pre roll out of all new benefit provisions, working with and supporting the HR Operations and Communication leads during the preparation and roll out of rem statements,  including additional support on benefit queries post communication of completed statements to the employee population.

 


In addition you will be involved in the general support to the wider HR teams from various business units when answering potential queries regarding the understanding of benefit criteria and eligibility for employees.

 


Feeding specialist knowledge to the benefits working group as a project team on the implementation and introduction of all new group wide benefits (voluntary and core) where applicable.

 


The suitable candidate will have experience of managing benefit suppliers and brokering providers.

 


There is scope for this role to grow and develop in other areas of HR. Initially a 12 Month contract at £45k + Benefits
