HR Projects Advisor2 -3 months£150 - £170 per day PAYE + HolidayCentral LondonTemporary, to start ASAP Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a large retail brand who are looking for an interim HR Advisor to join their fantastic team. Working within a close-knit HR function you will be supporting the management team across the business, advising on the full generalist HR remit as well as advising on a redundancy project. The main responsibilities of this role will include building collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders to drive the delivery of business objectives. To be successful for this position you should be immediately available with experience of supporting through a redundancy process. You should have experience within a HR generalist capacity and ideally have experience with a range of HR Projects including change management, ER and restructures.
