We are working with a leading organisation who is rapidly expanding its London team and looking to add up to 12 Occupational Health Advisors to work with them on a permanent basis.
In the role you will participating in meetings with Management and HR to build the already strong relationships with OH. Focus on Sickness trends within the business and what can be done to help improve the sickness absence figures.
Looking at ways to improve the overall sickness reduction and Occupational Health strategy. Working with fellow Occupational Health colleagues in a team environment.
Clinically your main focus will be Case Management and this will be done face to face and on the telephone
The role will also include:
Return to Work programmes
Health Promotion / Education projects
Promoting Occupational Health throughout the business
Our client is looking for Occupational Health Advisors who hold either the Occupational Health Certificate, Degree or Diploma
Have experienced of Case Management and Report Writing
Confident in their own knowledge in Occupational Health and the advice they give to people.
