An exciting HR Assistant opportunity has arisen in Park Royal working for one of the largest accident repair groups in the UK. In this role you'll be working in a small HR team, reporting into the HR Manager.
Your new role
In your new HR Assistant role, you will be providing comprehensive and highly accurate administrative support to the wider HR team, responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle. Specifically, you'll oversee new starter and leaver processes, will provide support around all types of leave (maternity/paternity, flexible working, sickness and absence cases) and will administer the end-to-end recruitment function. Furthermore, you'll coordinate the L&D function, will be responsible for booking training sessions and will liaise with internal and external training providers. Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining the HR database and will communicate all employee changes to the outsourced Payroll provider.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new HR Assistant role, you'll have worked in a central HR Admin/Assistant position, will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Furthermore, you'll have a good understanding of the employee lifecycle, recruitment and L&D function. Importantly, you'll need to be able to commute to Park Royal.
