Job Details
Responsibilities
Payroll & Benefits
- Responsible for delivery of payroll for London and overseas offices
- Responsible for benefits administration (Pension, Private Medical Insurance etc.) for London and overseas offices
- Ensure new starter information and HRIS input is provided in line with payroll and benefits cycle
HR Data & Systems
- Responsible for inputting and maintaining the HRIS with relevant employee details
- HRIS reporting - running routine reports when required, writing and developing bespoke reports
- Maintain HR dashboard and trackers
- Provide HR MI when required e.g. for Investor Relations, Management Meetings, Committees, Board Packs
- Performance Management system maintenance (adding new users, updating when appropriate) and reporting
- Assist Recruiter with Application Tracking System maintenance and reporting
- Keep contractor, consultant and temporary worker trackers up to date
HR Administration
- Prepare HR documents - contracts, offer letters, employee letters (e.g. maternity, leaver letters) and keep templates up to date
- Keep organisational chart up-to-date
- Manage on-boarding process for new starters - sending out offer packs, initiating new hires checks, IT forms and inductions meetings
- Manage external reference requests
- Create and maintain electronic employee files, ensuring GDPR compliance
- Answering routine employee queries
Recruitment Support
- Sending out numerical tests
- Interview scheduling support when required
