My client is a leading RPO that work hand in partnership with some of the largest businesses in the world. They now have a role available for a Resource Specialist to join. You will be based on-site in Horsham with a well-known financial services organisation, very high touch with clear career progression.

The purpose of the role will be to actively source candidates for the business to place into permanent and temporary positions. You will do this via a number of methods - directly approaching candidates via social media and job boards, market mapping talent at other organisations, talent pooling and building a strong reputation within the market as a go to person.

Along with stakeholder and database management, keeping abreast with market trends, maintain relationships with HR and ah hoc vendor management and project work.

You will be assisting with the recruitment process and work closely with the 2 consultants making sure all procedures are followed and co-ordination of recruitment is fully covered.

Ideally, we're looking for someone to join the team with proven sourcing experience. It's key your proactive, articulate, dynamic and confident to thrive in this role.

This is also an brilliant opportunity if you're looking to get in to recruitment with limited experience. This company offer a clear progression plan.
