Payroll & Benefits Specialist (US & German) £55k to £60k + Benefits A leading global Private Bank based in the heart of the City seek an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to look after their US and German payrolls. Reporting into the Head of Comp & Bens the role is as follows: Payroll:Payroll calculations and instructions for the US and German payrollsReview and second level sign off on all payroll calculations and instructions for staff in the UK and Germany in alignment with the Compensation & Benefits TeamEnsure timely and accurate collection of dataVendor management with external payroll provider Benefits:Review of existing flexible benefits schemesAnalysis and input of annual benefits reviews as well as monitoring of the annual benefits selection windows (UK & US)Support of enrolment paperwork Mobility:Contact person for Global Mobility topicsFurther development of assignment policies (UK & US)Manage annual reporting and compiling of data such as: P11Ds, PSAs, Short Term Business Visitor Agreements etc. Candidate Profile:Must have relevant US and German payroll experience (US is essential)German speaker would be beneficial or basic German (not essential)Ideally come from a Financial/Professional Services backgroundHave strong communication skills internal and externalDeliver a high quality serviceStrong Excel
