Description

The key duties of this HR Administrator, based in Uxbridge, include but are not limited to the following:

  • Communicating and escalating issues to the appropriate level,
  • Constantly looking for ways to improve the way the company works
  • Building relationships and working collaboratively with all teams and departments within the business to ensure provision of the very best support to deliver business goals
  • Assisting the HR Business Partners in all HR administrator functions,
  • Ensuring best practice is applied across all sites
  • Ensuring all ER issues are tracked and recorded in an appropriate manner whilst ensuring a high level of consistent service to the organisation.
  • Responsible for providing second line support and advice on any HR or ER related issues to the business
