A well known public sector and government organisation based in Egham looking for a HR Assistant to provide support on a full range of HR matters.

Client Details

A well known organisation in the public sector and government based in Egham looking for a HR Assistant to join their operations team.

Description

  • Provide advice to staff and managers on range of HR matters
  • Ensuring records are set up correctly for payroll
  • Complete pre-employment checks
  • Ensure HR documentation is produced and maintained in a timely manner
  • Provide support to colleagues including note taking at meetings, disciplinary and grievances.
  • Work proactively as a member of the HR operations team providing cover where necessary
  • Support with recruitment
  • Offer guidance on HR policies and processes

Profile

  • Educated to GCSE level
  • CIPD qualified level 3 or above
  • Working knowledge of key employment legislation
  • Exposure to working with sensitive and confidential data
  • Working knowledge of Resourcelink HR and Stonefish on-line
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
  • Good time management skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to work under independently and as part of a team
