£25,000 - £28,000Scandinavian Investment Firm 12-month FTCHR Assistant Central London I am recruiting for a 12-month HR Assistant opportunity for a Scandinavian Investment Firm based in Central London. This role involves supporting 2 HR Business Partners who support the organizations Corporates and Financial Institutions division. Responsibilities:Maintain the HR database and (ADP) payroll systemProducing department documentation, including leaver letters and referencesManaging background checks and screenings for prospective employees and employees captured under the Certification RegimeSupporting employees with general queries relating to payroll, benefits, company credit cards and employee relation mattersCo-ordinating work experience placements and internshipsGeneralist HR support around ongoing HR transformation projects Skills:1 + HR experience within financial or professional servicesDegree / CIPD educatedProactive and innovative work approachStrong communication skillsGood MS Office skills
