HR Assistant

Central London

I am recruiting for a 12-month HR Assistant opportunity for a Scandinavian Investment Firm based in Central London. This role involves supporting 2 HR Business Partners who support the organizations Corporates and Financial Institutions division.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the HR database and (ADP) payroll system

Producing department documentation, including leaver letters and references

Managing background checks and screenings for prospective employees and employees captured under the Certification Regime

Supporting employees with general queries relating to payroll, benefits, company credit cards and employee relation matters

Co-ordinating work experience placements and internships

Generalist HR support around ongoing HR transformation projects

Skills:

1 + HR experience within financial or professional services

Degree / CIPD educated

Proactive and innovative work approach

Strong communication skills

Good MS Office skills
