About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a luxury organisation as the standalone Payroll & HR Administrator. Your duties will include:
·Processing payroll from start to finish
·Dealing with payroll queries
·Monitor and administer company sick pay, maternity and paternity
·Keep employee details up to date
·Be the point of contact for HR
·Manage the recruitment process
·Supporting on maternity/paternity, absence and disciplinaries
·Experience in a similar role
·You will have a good understanding of HR
·Previous experience of payroll processing
·Strong attention to detail
·CIPD Qualified or equivalent - ideal
