Technology Recruiter- Interim - £275 p/d

Annapurna HR are working with a leading global information technology, consulting business who are looking for a technology recruiter based in London. This is a very new and exciting opportunity for someone to come into a fast-growing company and make a difference!!!

Required Experience:

  • MUST have a strong background experience within Technology Recruitment
  • Proven direct sourcing experience placing director to general manager level 100k to 300k packages
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to manage senior and/or high calibre candidates via face to face or written communications
  • The ability to network and build new relationships with potential candidates as well as maintain existing relationships
  • A strong understanding of technology recruitment
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Proactivity and self-motivation
  • Responsiveness with excellent ability to absorb information quickly
  • Excellent team player
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the recruiters to identify potential candidates for open headcount and pipelining for future hiring needs
  • Source candidates via Web advertising, employee and business referrals, networking, head-hunting, LinkedIn, and various other candidate databases
  • Introduce the business as a potential employer to these candidates and track these relationships over time with a view to hiring in the future
  • Contact and interview prospective candidates
  • Ensure all directly sourced candidates are responded to appropriately
  • Maintain the agreed service levels with the client
  • Able to develop recruitment strategies and ideas
  • Keep abreast of market trends affecting recruitment
