Are you looking for your next HR challenge? I am working with an exciting marketing and advertising group who play host to a portfolio of brands, covering an array of industries, who are looking for an HR Manager to join a growing team.
With divisions spanning retail, ecommerce, tech, health and wellbeing, events and marketing, this international brand are expanding, increasing their footprint within the European market.
Working within a team of 4, you will lead the way in implementing all things HR for the UK, rolling out both the foundations of HR and future HR initiatives on a global scale.
You will support and advise on all HR matters to the Group HR Director and senior leadership team. You will provide leadership and project management for all HR related issues and align them with the individual and organisational objectives. Within this role you will have the opportunity to work on strategic projects around performance management, recruitment and Induction processes, the design and delivery of the people strategy, whilst growing the headcount with the UK.
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced HR generalist with a good understanding of technical HR, ideally you will have set up a HR function in a SME business and delivered on projects based around the generalist HR key drivers including performance management, L&D, change management and ideally will have either led on the implementation of a compensation and benefits structure.
