HR Business Partner

Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a leading client in their search for a Part Time Interim Business Partner for 12 months based in West Yorkshire. This role is covering maternity lasting 12 months with a salary of up to £30k.

HRBP/ FTC for 12 months / Part time - 24 hours/ Bingley

This is a really exciting opportunity to join a leading company on an interim basis to cover maternity leave.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

·Give advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of HR policy and procedures.
·Provide employees with information regarding company policies, procedures and benefits.
·Provide advice and guidance to the managers to support them in dealing with difficult performance issues.
·Be an advocate of employee engagement as a means of improving performance and customer service.

We are looking for:

·Previous generalist experience.
·A sound knowledge of employment law and implications.
·CIPD qualified or relevant experience gained.
·Experience working closely with line managers and providing advice on a regular basis.
