HR Advisor

Are you an experienced HR Advisor with exposure to a blue collar environment?
Are you interested in contracting work until you find the right permanent opportunity?

We are seeking a strong HR Advisor for our client in Warwick - A fast paced manufacturing business, who are seeking support during a busy period. The requirement is immediate, however there may be permanent or extension opportunities available for the right candidate!

The role will work closely with a HR Manager off site, and support the HR function for approx 260 employees over 2 sites. With the administration support if the HR shared service function at head office, this candidate will provide a day to day HR service for both the professional business units and also to the production site. Experience in a blue collar environment is essential. You will manage a wide range of complex ER situations, advise/Guide/coach management through policy & process, manage stakeholder relationships, absence and performance issues, and support the HR Manager with HR project work, as there is plenty to get stuck into!
