**New York**

My client is an international business with offices in different locations around the world and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their New York offices.

Responsibilities:

  • End to end responsibility for recruitment (planning, marketing, selection and interviewing) for a number of roles across different teams.
  • Delivery focused
  • Main point for the US HR Business Partnering, ensuring a fast, friendly and fair recruitment process.


About you:

  • You will have gained some experience in a recruitment capacity, either agency side or as part of an in-house team
  • You've experience of building strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their individual teams needs and the technical specifics of each role
  • Having some HR Generalist experience would be a plus.
  • Understand the importance of candidates' cultural fit on top of role fit and use that as a base for your work
  • Ideal but necessary background in Tech, Digital or Media
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English
  • Able to produce compelling recruitment adverts
  • You understand the potential of, and are experienced in using, Social Media (e.g. LinkedIn and Facebook) to support recruitment
  • Proactive, determined and confident in dealing with a range in internal and external stakeholders
