Page Personnel are working with a leading manufacturer in Leeds who are actively seeking a Part-Time HR Administrator to join their HR function.

This is a part-time position and will provide key administrative support including recruitment and selection, job design, employee relations, performance and discipline management and HR policy interpretation.

Description

In a busy and varied Part-Time HR Administrator role, roles and responsibilities are to include, however are not limited to:

  • Record all absences to relevant HR systems, and ensure correct documentation is completed
  • Provide timely support and services to managers and employees that are clear, concise and fit for purpose
  • Ensure all HR files and records are kept in an efficient, confidential, organised, up to date, accurate and safe manner
  • Ensure HR systems are maintained with up to date personnel data and carry out regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain consistency in the application of policies and procedures

Profile

  • CIPD Level 3 is desirable
  • Knowledge of basic HR principles and employment law
  • Previous experience in a HR or Administration role
  • Experience multi-tasking and prioritising
  • Competent in MS Office suite
