Employee Relations Advisor
A commercially focused UK charity based in London is currently recruiting for a HR/ Employee Relations Advisor. This is a 12-month fixed term contract
This is to join a proactive environment, where you will report directly into a HR Business Partner.
*Responsible for managing a high case load of employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, capability) and change management (TUPE, Restructures) cases across the region
*Prepare and distribute management reports and information to senior managers which will inform and assist managers to develop (in conjunction with the HRBP) appropriate action plans, for example in relation to monitoring sickness absence and managing performance etc.
*The accurate and timely processing of maternity, paternity and adoption cases;
*Oversee the performance management process, ensuring that it is carried out in accordance with policy;
*Proactively manage both long and short-term sickness cases, advising managers on appropriate action and liaising with the charity's Occupational Health Provider as required as well as carrying out first stage disciplinary meetings with operational managers
Skills and Experience
* You will be a strong HR generalist and extensive high-volume case management experience.
*Recent experience of working in a large, fast paced organisation with multi-site responsibilities and a CIPD qualification or studying towards it.
