HR Assistant (Reward)
A leading UK accountancy firm are looking for a HR professional to join their dedicated Reward team.

Your new role
You will join the HR function to support the Senior Reward Manager in the day to day delivery of all Reward related processes and initiatives. You will manage all employee benefits data, supporting the team with salary benchmarking, benefits enrolment and ad hoc reward projects. You will manage the flexible benefits portal and act as a key point of contact for external benefit providers. You will support the ongoing development of People & Culture dashboards, in particular MI reporting for Reward.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an HR generalist with solid exposure to the Reward remit. You will be passionate about Reward and be looking to move into a Reward focused role. You should have experience managing an online benefits portal and be able to engage with external benefit providers. You must have strong Excel skills, an excellent attention to detail and be able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. CIPD qualification and experience of Willis Towers Watson methodology will be highly desirable.
What you'll get in return
Salary package of up to £35,000 - depending on experience plus a fantastic benefits package.
